Last updated: June 18, 2026

MG Talents SARLU ("MG Talents", "we", "us", "our") operates the website mg-talents.com. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, why, how we use it, and the rights you have over it. We are committed to handling your data lawfully, transparently, and in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Malagasy data protection law.

2. What data we collect

a) Data you give us directly. When you submit our contact form, we collect the name, work email, company (optional) and message you provide. We use this solely to respond to your enquiry and discuss a potential engagement.

b) Data collected automatically. When you visit the site, certain data is collected through cookies and similar technologies, including: IP address, approximate location, browser and device type, pages visited, referring source, and on-site behaviour. Some of this is collected by third-party analytics and business-intelligence tools (see Section 5).

We do not knowingly collect special-category data (health, political opinions, etc.) and ask that you do not include such data in your messages.

3. Why we use your data, and our legal basis

PurposeLegal basis (GDPR)

Operating and securing the websiteLegitimate interest
Analytics and visitor identification (third-party tools)Consent
Sending transactional emails (e.g. replies)Performance of a contract / legitimate interest

Where our legal basis is consent (analytics and visitor-tracking tools), we load those tools only after you accept them via our cookie banner, and you can withdraw consent at any time.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

We use a limited set of cookies and tracking technologies:

  • Strictly necessary — required for the site to function. These do not require consent.
  • Analytics and visitor-identification — set by the third-party services in Section 5. These are only activated if you give consent through our cookie banner.

You can accept or reject non-essential cookies when you first visit, and change your choice at any time via the "Cookie settings" link in the site footer. Withdrawing consent stops these tools from loading on future page loads. You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings.

5. Third-party services we use

We rely on the following third parties, which may process your personal data as independent controllers or as our processors. We recommend reviewing their own privacy policies.

  • Leadfeeder (Dealfront) — identifies companies visiting our site from IP and behavioural data, to help us understand interest in our services. Loaded only with your consent.
  • Apollo.io — website visitor tracking and B2B analytics. Loaded only with your consent.
  • Leadsy / vtag.ai — visitor analytics and lead identification. Loaded only with your consent.
  • Resend — delivers transactional email (e.g. responses to your enquiry).
  • Google Fonts & Font Awesome (CDN) — fonts and icons are served from Google and Cloudflare CDNs, which means your IP address is shared with these providers when these assets load.
  • Hosting / infrastructure — our site and forms are hosted by our hosting provider, which processes technical data needed to serve the site.

6. International data transfers

We are based in Madagascar, and some of our service providers are located outside the European Economic Area (EEA). Where your data is transferred outside the EEA, we take steps to ensure an appropriate level of protection, such as relying on the providers' contractual safeguards (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses) where applicable.

7. How long we keep your data

We keep contact-form submissions for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and, if relevant, our ensuing business relationship, after which we delete or anonymise them — generally after 24 months of inactivity. Analytics data is retained according to each third-party provider's own retention periods.

8. Your rights

If you are in the EEA (and in many other regions), you have the right to:

  • access the personal data we hold about you;
  • request correction of inaccurate data;
  • request deletion of your data;
  • object to or restrict certain processing;
  • withdraw consent at any time (for consent-based processing);
  • request portability of data you provided to us;
  • lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

To exercise any of these, email contact@mg-talents.com. We will respond within the timeframe required by law (generally one month).

9. Data security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including restricted access and signed confidentiality agreements (NDAs) for personnel. No method of transmission over the internet is fully secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children

Our site and services are intended for businesses and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest version. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.

12. Contact
